100hrs Pre- and Postnatal YTT

Summary

De Moksha, a luxurious eco-friendly boutique resort in Bali, offers an exciting 100hour prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training retreat led by facilitators from the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh India, in an enchanting setting on the island of the gods, Bali.

In just 11 days, our topnotch trainer will take you to another level in your teaching of women during and after their pregnancy. A perfect blend of asana alignment, anatomy, physiology, practice, meditation and yoga philosophy that will leave you with confidence and enthusiasm to work with future mothers.

You will be cocooned for 11 nights in a tropical sanctuary that blends luxury comfort and eco-conscious design, this Yoga Alliance-certified YTT program offers you a fully immersive and completely holistic approach to yoga in the comfort of a five-star service.

In the scenery and sound of nature, the resort equips you with a wide range of facilities, such as two saltwater pools, two yoga shalas, an in-house spa, and romantic open-air bathrooms, to keep you recharged and focused on your yoga goals. Get a good night’s rest after your daily yoga routine on the resort’s exclusively designed King Koil bedding and lyocell bedsheets.

Experience an integrated eco-friendly and healthy lifestyle program with all-inclusive three vegetarian meals a day, made from locally produced ingredients at Swarga Rasa Ristorante.

We will introduce you to Balinese culture during your teacher training; for those arriving on time on the check-in day, we will take you on a guided rice field walking tour to the world-renowned temple of Tanah Lot, to enjoy sunset there.
On the first morning in Bali you will be participating in the purification ritual called ‘Melukat’, which is a traditional Balinese ritual to purify the body, mind, and soul from negative energies
We will further introduce you to Balinese culture on the Sunday through a full day trip to either Ubud or Uluwatu; Ubud is a main tourist destination and will offer you lots of laid back energy, quirky shops and lovely opportunities for lunch. On the Uluwatu trip you will witness a mesmerizing performance of the Balinese Kecak dance in the sunset amphitheater on the cliffs of the Uluwatu temple.

During the retreat there will be a daily Kirtan, the practice of chanting mantras, it is one of the most important techniques in yoga. Although the practice itself is simple, the internal process that it stimulates is vast and mysterious. Twice weekly these sessions will be accompanied by a musician.

The program is limited to a maximum of ten students per course and supported by a team of three yoga experts. With a low student-instructor ratio, the more individual attention a student will receive.

We look forward to practicing with you!
